How do I recover my account?

If you registered a username and password, you can log in from any device using the account icon on the game page. If you have forgotten your details, email us and we can help.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the settings menu in the game. Alternatively, email us and we will handle it for you.

I found a bug — what should I include in my report?

Please include what device and browser you are using, what you were doing when the bug occurred, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are always helpful.

Can I suggest a new category?

Absolutely! We are always looking for new category ideas. The best categories have a large, well-known set of items (at least 50) so we can generate varied puzzles. Send us your idea using the form above or by email.

Let us know the category, difficulty, and date so we can investigate. Our word lists are curated but we are always happy to review them based on player feedback.
