📖 How to Play
This is a Griddle. A griddle is a 4x4 or 5x5 grid of letters where you have to find examples in a given category that use up all of the letters, without reusing any letters, or leaving any behind. In this example, we have three countries to find in the grid, as shown at the top.
Here, we can see that BRAZIL is found in the grid. Spell each word by tapping/clicking each letter in turn, then press the green 'Submit Word' button. If it is a valid word, the word will appear in the 'Found Words' section below. We now have find 2 more countries using the other letters to beat the Griddle.
SPAIN is another country we can find. Note how we are not using any of the letters from BRAZIL. This leaves us with one other country to find using the remaining letters (N, D, I, A, I). You may remove a word if you want by tapping the x on the word in the 'Found Words' section.
The great thing about Griddles is there is only one correct solution. For example here we can find ALBANIA too as a country, but, you would not be able to complete the Griddle with more countries (for example, BRAZIL now doesn't fit into the grid, and no country with a Z works other than BRAZIL!). Therefore, ALBANIA must be wrong.
If you do get stuck, you will have to consider which of your words might be wrong. Here, IRAN is another red herring, that needs to be removed.
At the top there are three hints that can help you. You can find the first letter of two of the answers, as well as the lengths of the answers. There's no time limit and no penalty for using hints, but it's best to solve with no hints if you want to top the leaderboard!
Once you've found all the words, congratulations! You have solved the Griddle!
